Pfizer’s data release to stockholders

There are more than a few interesting tidbits in this SEC financial release.  Pfizer released a “risk assessment” for the covid vaccine they currently have.  Some points I found to be of most concern. Profitability depends on the “spread of covid (continuing), how long the immune response lasts for the vaccine (shorter immunity means more vaccine boosters needed), the ability to convince people to keep getting the vaccine, and the “safety” of the vaccine continuing to allow it to remain under EUA and they hope to get full market approval.

Here they admit that “well, there MAY be safety issues we did not discover during clinical trials (oh they know the issues already), and that those issues “may” cause the vax to come off the market and potentially “ruin their reputation”. Lort.

This section all but admits that the vaccine everyone is rushing out to 4th booster with IS FOR THE ORIGINAL VIRUS, NOT THE VARIANTS. And admitting it MAY not work for the other variants. Also, how they rely on government funding and insurance reimbursement to continue this circus side show.

This section is just adorable. “Social media reporting of adverse events of lack of efficacy may convince people to not get this vaccine and hurt our sales”.

Well, at least in this portion they ADMIT it is gene therapy, not a vaccination……..

Oooohhhhhhhh they want that 14 year patent real bad……

Here they again admit that mRNA vaccines are gene therapies, AND they note the gene editing DNA component, they just aren’t honest about the fact those DNA edits are permanent, not temporary. Previously, they denied that mRNA would even reverse transcriptase INTO DNA. Ok so NOW it does do that, but it is just TEMPORARY……so pray tell how our altered DNA knows when to *poof* go back to the old DNA sequence? It doesn’t.

And the grand finale. THEY ARE LEVERAGING THE MONEY THEY MAKE OFF OF THE COVID VACCINE TO CREATE OTHER MRNA VACCINES. Namely, for influenza, tuberculosis, malaria, herpes, and shingles. These are already in phase 1 clinical trials. Please tell me why we need to make an mRNA vaccine for the flu and shingles?
