Part 3: Diving into the Pharmaceutical/Government Complex

The relative importance of the Department of Defense versus Health and Human Services is hard to determine. On the one hand, the DOD owns the “vaccines,” masks, PCR tests, etc. DOD owns the “vaccines” from the time of the purchase order, through the manufacturing, through the distribution, all the way to the injection into the arm. No third party, domestic or foreign, can conduct independent testing of the contents of the vials. The DOD is included in all communications between the pharma companies and the FDA regulators, and present in all meetings.
On the other hand, HHS has sole authority to determine what the threat is, when an emergency needs to be called, and what the benefits of the “countermeasures” are. Congress has no power to overrule HHS on these matters. Congress has put all of the power into the office of the HHS secretary, thereby eliminating their own legislative and purse string power. States and judges have no authority to overrule the HHS secretary on these “emergency” issues. And HHS’s statutory responsibility to control the debate may be the most powerful role in the Enterprise’s organizational structure and its mission to show the effectiveness of “countermeasures.”
This has all been A LOT for most people to absorb. And there are some who have concerns about the Latypova and Watts dissection of events. One of their assertions are that Pfizer/Moderna do not manufacture the vaccines. I disagree with that. Pfizer is definitely a subcontractors and do indeed manufacture the vaccines. Dr. GeoffPhD has similar beliefs, and has a great substack to back that up. Moderna though? Moderna may or may not make vaccines. Pfizer might make all of them and label them with a Moderna sticker. Moderna is the DOD/enterprise company at the top of this tower. My opinion is that Moderna was founded and funded by the DOD/government/“the enterprise” solely for this government mission. Moderna is who holds the patents to the spike protein in the virus and the “vaccine”. Moderna is who was in bed with the NIH and the NIADH and Baric and Fauci, so by deductive reasoning, and knowing what we know from the last 2 days of posts, Pfizer is the puppet but Moderna IS the DOD operation. They are the CEO while Pfizer is the subcontractor carrying out the dirty dirty. Moderna allegedly outsourced their vaccine making to a startup company founded in 2020, so the hypothesis fits.
This has led to many spirited discussions in my substack comments, and a few were angered by the Veritas/Pfizer video. We have to look at this globally. While the government owns this entire shit show, they are USING (and paying) Pfizer and every other pharma company to carry this out. Outing Pfizer in the Veritas video uncovered 3 key things. 1, it divulged that the government is overseeing this. 2, it verified that constant modifications of the virus and vaccines is ongoing. 3, it verified that the government/military/FDA/pharma are all in bed together, which validates the “Public Health Emergency Measures Enterprise” is running this show. Enabled by decades of laws and presidential orders to make us all subservient to the government and surrender control and power. Dr. Peter McCullough spoke out about this as well, and as many have stated, the multiple moving parts are just as relevant as the big revelations of Latypova and Watt. Because they all intertwine together. And the little pieces are what wake the world up to the BIG pieces that are running this disaster game right now. Perhaps that is why Pfizer keeps appearing in the media: they aren’t THE kingpin like Moderna is. Moderna is locked down and airtight in the communication department because they are essentially the Military. Whereas Pfizer as a subcontractor, they are people working a job just like all of us do each day, and loose lips sink ships. Pfizer will end up as the poster child for punishment because the government wants it that way. Throw pfizer from the train but make sure Moderna is protected.
I encourage you all to dig further into the work of these two amazing women. I have included links to their substacks in previous days posts, dig into them and digest and learn. It is as bad as we imagined it is. The only part I don’t agree with is that there is no way out and no accountability. I pray that there is an answer out there, and the terror the government has unleashed on us does have a resolution that ends this horrible situation. Maybe I am a hopeless optimistic. But I cannot believe that our story ends here. Too many of us are fighting too hard right back at the swamp who landed us here. Remember, we the people own our country. Not the government. This will end when all of us decide to wake up and stop participating. Pray hard and have faith that we can stop this.
The insanity of the last few years starts to make sense. Only military commanders would be so ruthless, authoritarian, and sociopathic to lock down populations, force them to wear masks, and inject them with untested bioweapons in callous disregard for the suffering and death it caused. They tested and perfected their warfare techniques against their own populations which is a war crime.
This is interesting new information. One important aspect is that the government names things in order to classify them so as to determine how they can manage them or use them. Words have legal ramifications for the government. Thus, calling this program a bioweapon prototype EUA program allowed the government to do things, as you say, but it does not necessarily mean they deliberately unleashed a bioweapon on the people of the world. I believe Trump made this a DOD program so the feds could bypass regulatory hurdles and have complete command and control over the procedures. Trump rightly understands our government is a bureaucratic behemoth that cannot do anything quickly. He needs to explain his motivation but also admit that it turned out to be a disaster.
I believe the original release came from the biosecurity/bioweapon program but had it ever got to the stage that it was a military asset (aggressive weapon)? I doubt it. The response appears to be a countermeasure, which I believe means in this case a specific product of gene engineering that was developed in response to another gene-edited germ that was intended to mitigate the (harmful) effects of that germ. I am using the word germ because I do not know what other word to use.
Everyone keeps saying the central bankers and the elite intellectuals at WEF, Gates etc. want to depopulate the planet and I am sure they do, but there is no causal connection established yet, nor command and control identified between that desire and this initial release or the countermeasure. When those connections are identified I will update my theory.
I also like the new distinction you are drawing between Moderna and Pfizer. Very interesting. Attorney Siri told us the VSAFE data he sued to get from the government show the harms caused by the Moderna shot were greater than the harms associated with the Pfizer shot. They also apparently had a higher concentration of MRNA in their product than Pfizer. That seems strange.
What I get from Latypova and Watt is that they recognize our federal government is completely criminal, far beyond incompetent. The true popular revolution starts there. These current inhabitants in the Executive Branch are essentially a crime syndicate. We need an emergency intervention to eject them because they are dangerously deluded and criminally committed. I would like to see all good guys speaking with one voice on this because they are killing us and have us on the verge of war.
