Part 2 was by Bari Weiss. She discussed the shadow banning of various scientists, physicians, and political figures.
Bari provides screen shots of Dan Bongino, Charlie Kirk, and Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, an infectious disease physician at Stanford University. Why were these 3 silenced? They were either conservatives speaking out against democrats, or in the case of Dr. B, he was speaking out about the dangers and harms of lockdown to children.
“Twitter denied that it does such things. In 2018, Twitter's Vijaya Gadde (then Head of Legal Policy and Trust) and Kayvon Beykpour (Head of Product) said: “We do not shadow ban.” They added: “And we certainly don’t shadow ban based on political viewpoints or ideology.”
7. What many people call “shadow banning,” Twitter executives and employees call “Visibility Filtering” or “VF.” Multiple high-level sources confirmed its meaning.
8. “Think about visibility filtering as being a way for us to suppress what people see to different levels. It’s a very powerful tool,” one senior Twitter employee told us.
9. “VF” refers to Twitter’s control over user visibility. It used VF to block searches of individual users; to limit the scope of a particular tweet’s discoverability; to block select users’ posts from ever appearing on the “trending” page; and from inclusion in hashtag searches.
10. All without users’ knowledge.
11. “We control visibility quite a bit. And we control the amplification of your content quite a bit. And normal people do not know how much we do,” one Twitter engineer told us. Two additional Twitter employees confirmed.
Well well. They DENY they are suppressing content, yet there it is, “we use visibility filters to block content, limit sharing, limit views, and ALL WITHOUT THE TWITTER PAGE OWNER KNOWING ABOUT IT”.
Amplification = visibility. These twitter twats liked to use alternate words to make it sound “cleaner” and “legitimate”.
But there existed a level beyond official ticketing, beyond the rank-and-file moderators following the company’s policy on paper. That is the “Site Integrity Policy, Policy Escalation Support,” known as “SIP-PES.”
14. This secret group included Head of Legal, Policy, and Trust (Vijaya Gadde), the Global Head of Trust & Safety (Yoel Roth), subsequent CEOs Jack Dorsey and Parag Agrawal, and others.
15. This is where the biggest, most politically sensitive decisions got made. “Think high follower account, controversial,” another Twitter employee told us. For these “there would be no ticket or anything.”

They discuss how the conservative twitter channel “libs of tiktok” faced shadow banning and tweets removed, but when someone doxxed the owner of that twitter channel and posted her address and photos of her home, that tweet was allowed to stay.

that’s what I don’t get about my permanent suspension (they still won’t let me back on). My account wasn’t large, maybe 6k followers at the end, but they had me so “visibility filtered” that my tweets would have like 10 impressions and zero interactions after 24 hours. So who cares WHATEVER I was saying...cuz no one saw it anyway. Plus. all I was doing is reporting, sarcastically but truthfully, what many of the doctors and PhD’s were booted off for, but now with their accounts reactivated. 🤷♂️
🤣🤣 I think the FBI had me on one of the “ban these accounts” list because of my extensive hashtag BasketOfWeasels reporting on all of their malfeasance from Russiagate and forward.
Twitter’s censorship , govt censorship and all of the lies , lies lies ..all of the clumsy , heavy handed obfuscation that I have observed over the last 3 years , all of it , still leaves me with my mouth hanging open. Not because I am surprised in the slightest that it is happening ( This is what amoral power does ) what astounds me is that TPTB are so stunningly obvious about it all. There was a time back in 2020 where I thought surely this must be a wrap within a wrap type situation. No powerful entity could be this awkward and silly in their machinations to control speech and thought ( thinking here of The Minister of Disinformation who was a frustrated broadway actress) . I thought for a while the Boris and Natasha style censorship was them trolling/ punking us- . maybe that is an aspect. What I am increasingly suspecting however is that we are at Stalin level statist ideologue idiocy where the people in power are actually arrogant morons who think their handiwork is clever and subtle. Its the stupid that scares me witless because stupid never knows its stupid and is very dangerous.
