Moderna has started a patent infringement lawsuit against Pfizer/BioNTech over…..lipid nanotechnology vaccine delivery.

This is an interesting one. It is no secret that Moderna wants to MRNA tech every vaccine on the planet. They have a flu shot in the pipeline among other vaccines and treatments. Patent infringement is big business in pharmaceuticals. You cannot boost others intellectual property. Moderna is suggesting that Pfizer and associates stole their LNP technology and they want reparations for that. BUT….they are not suing them across the board. They are not suing for monetary reimbursement in the US where the government funded vaccines. Nor are they targeting places with low to middle income. They are cherry-picking who and where they want to enforce the copyright infringement. They are specifically suing over the covid vaccine. Moderna states that they “fixed and solved” the problem of the lipid nanoparticle causing a negative reaction, and they did this during 2011-2016. This will affect how Pfizer can market and financially gain from MRNA technology in the FUTURE. This is to cap how much money Pfizer can make in the FUTURE when there is a commercial market, not just a government funded market paying for it. Moderna stated in their lawsuit that “Pfizer violated the MRNA technology that Moderna patented during 2011-2016”.
Remember the history of Moderna. Founded in 2010. Never brought a product to market until the covid vaccine. Spike protein in their vaccine is identical to the virus spike protein. Documents showing the vaccine was developed long before the virus was launched from “Wuhan”. Is this Moderna’s sneaky little way of outing themselves to see if anyone pays attention? How many people knew Moderna was developing MRNA technology and a SARS vaccine as early as 2017? We have looked at their patents on previous posts.
When they start trying to eat each other, something isn’t going “according to plan”. Did moderna give them previous permission to use the technology and get a financial kickback for allowing it? Why are they only going after Pfizer in certain areas and demographics? BioNTech was already making MRNA technology so how can Moderna be certain Pfizer isn’t using that version? Did BioNTech steal Moderna’s trade secrets? The BIG PICTURE HERE? It is all about money. If these injections were truly about anything good, wouldn’t any noble company waive patent rights and say hey, these will save the world, here is what we have and know, bring what you have and know, and lets work together to make a great product. Operation Warp Speed gave them so much money to “create” a vaccine, and we the tax payers have no idea what kind of kitchen sink trash they put into them. Anything noble and altruistic would have been a group effort between multiple pharma companies, universities, medical research, etc and it would have been a single vaccine that came out. The writing is on the wall. It is also no coincidence that Pfizer is embroiled in a lawsuit with Brook Jackson over faulty clinical trials, their stock trades much lower than Moderna, one has to think Moderna is going for the financial kill shot here. LOL financial kill shot by one company making kill shots against another company making kill shots. The irony is palpable.
