So then who is responsible in the Remdesivir cases where they are claiming a manufacturing defect lead to issues as was the case of a MI man given shots from known bad batches (recalled) that caused him to suffer strokes. I know I would want to know if someone was making a product and slapping another company label on it. Just a couple things I have learned:
1) LISTEN to the words
2) OBSERVE what they DO
3) FOLLOW the money
If you give me someone's bank statement, I can tell you a lot about them, which is probably why financial records are so closely held.
