In-Q-Tel and their plan to “prevent pandemics” with rapidly created vaccines
So a few facts about this company In-Q-Tel, aka IQT. You will want to pay special attention from page 22 and forward in this link above.
However just as startling is the fact that the CIA made the vaccine using a computational model. Indeed the DARPA/DTRA contracted In-Q-Tel/EcoHealth and the VaxCelerate Consortium to make a “Computational Vaccine”. The In-Q-Tel company, which is a CIA asset, in bed with the Gates Foundation, uses a computational virus to make a vaccine. Read that again. “Computer generated virus to make a vaccine”. What does that suggest my friends? The entire virus itself was made for the SOLE PURPOSE of creating the “VACCINE” to go along with it.
EcoHealth/In-Q-Tel made the virus with Fauci/NIH oversight.
The CIA and DARPA/DTRA were in on it. The whole COVID hoax WAS based on a computer model virus for which a “vaccine” was created.
Remember how the new bivalent injections were outsourced to a start-up company from November 2020? That was not done on accident. That was on purpose. That start-up company has ties to the US CIA as well.

On the page 25-26 they discuss how they want to make “new and improved versions” of current vaccines, including H1N1 swine flu vaccines and other flu vaccines. Under the “FastVax/Vaxcelerate” model. The very idea of doing this could have deadly consequences for our population. Zero testing. This is why I stress so heavily that if you still choose to get a flu vaccine, you have to be very careful in the coming years about what flu shot you are getting. It very well may be the new accelerated version with zero human testing.

In-Q-Tel and so-called State Secret Contracts are two primary ways the deep-state, led by the monstrous, and comprehensively corrupt CIA, co-opt new innovations and exert clandestine control over Big Tech; whose overlords were captured early on and are only too willing to oblige, given that they are effectively handed the keys to the kingdom for their ‘loyalty’.
Most Americans have never heard of In-Q-Tel. Most have no idea that the loyalty and even more crucially, the ‘silence’ of an estimated 4M US citizens are secured through these ‘State Secret’ agreements. Signatories are forbidden from even disclosing that they are subject to these contracts. Penalty for violating said agreements carries the threat of up to 20 years in prison.
