How many kids have actually gotten the covid injection?

Here is a breakdown of each state, by each age group as they were approved for covid injections.  Interesting breakdown…..

First jab only:

The LOWEST vaccine rate in age 0-5 goes to: Mississippi

The LOWEST vaccine rate in age 5-11 goes to: Mississippi

The LOWEST vaccine rate in age 12-17 goes to: Idaho

The HIGHEST state age 0-5: (not a state) Washington, DC

The HIGHEST state age 5-11: (not a state) Puerto Rico

The HIGHEST state age 12-17: (not a state) Washington, DC

For total vaccination completion rates (got all recommended doses), these are the highest completed vaccination territories: (states didn’t have the highest)

Age 0-5: Washington, DC

Age 5-11: Puerto Rico

Age 12-17: Puerto Rico

Aaaaaand the lowest completed series states:

Age 0-5: Oregon (this one shocked me big time)

Age 5-11: Louisiana

Age 12-17: Wyoming

What I find interesting here is that as each younger age group was added to the vaccine schedule, demand dropped and less kids got the poke poke.  Also interesting:  how did more than 100% of an age group get the injection?  You cannot exceed 100% of a population……So how did Puerto Rico and Washington DC vaccinate more than 100% of their age 12-17 kids?  That math does not work.

Across the United States, average vaccine uptake by age group:

Age 0-5: 5.75% had 1 dose, 1.42% went for 2 shots

Age 5-11: 38% had 1 dose, 31% went for 2 shots, only 4.41% went for booster

Age 12-17: 70% had 1 dose, 60% went for 2 shots, only 17% went for booster.

Also of interest:

DC poked 116% of their 12-17 age group (statistically impossible), yet only 28% went for a booster.  I wonder why??????

It  make me sad to see how many kids have gotten this injection.  We have no clue what their futures look like.  Will they stay healthy?  Be able to have babies someday?  We will not know that data for another decade at best.
