First off, I would recommend anyone who has been vaccinated or who was exposed to the shedding of vaccines to consider what they need to do to protect themselves. I personally use some of these protocols myself because while I am not vaccinated, I am around vaccinated people ALL the time in my professional life. The only time I am not around vaccinated people is when I am at home. I would also say at the bare minimum to consider these protocols if you have allegedly had something known as possible covid. So many people had a positive covid test but they are not reliable or credible. I am not even sure what the covid “virus” may or may not be. So I throw this out as “if you possibly had an illness that may or may not have been covid, utilizing these protocols could possibly be a good idea”.
Dr. McCullough has a protocol he recommends that every vaccinated person should be using to mitigate spike protein. Curcumin/Turmeric 500mg twice daily, Bromelain 500mg Daily, and Nattokinase 100mg twice daily. I personally use the Bromelain and the Curcumin/Turmeric daily. Pine Needle Tea has show to to possibly have some spike protein mitigating factors to it. Go Natural on Amazon makes a great product sourced from pine needles in New York that are pesticide free. I brew a cup each morning.
Grounding. Many of you have heard of earthing, which is walking barefoot outside and balancing the electric charge in your body with the electrical charge of the earth. The problem most people have is being able to do this each day. Weather prohibits this during the winter, snow on the ground, rain storm, etc. The philosophy behind grounding is that it helps reduce EMF in the body, it reduces inflammation, improves circulation, and reduces anxiety, and improves overall sleep. It also alleges to help improve deeper more restful sleep. Amazon sells grounding mats for your bed, chair, floor, even for the car. I am new to grounding, and just to make sure it wasn’t placebo, I had my husband sit on it as well and he could tell a difference in how he feels. I have chronic cold hands and feet, especially my left hand. I noticed my left hand felt “tingly” when I first sat on the grounding mat. I noticed my breathing became deeper. Anything that reduces inflammation and improves circulation would be a bonus.

Red light sauna. This is a great detox option for people for a variety of things. From environmental toxins to mold, the red light sauna is a great option for detoxifying your body. Make sure you go slow and drink plenty of water when doing this, as it does have the potential to dehydrate you.
I am also a firm believer in making sure you get plenty of vitamin C/D/Zinc each day to keep your immune system primed.

Yes with the shedding of the spike protein in so many cases now, the new STD on the block is the vaccine. Probably best to check if your potential partner is vaccinated before doing something stupid. A condem will offer you some protection, but simply swapping spit could be quite dangerous. Know the person you are with, more important than ever now.
