Gilead, the maker of Remdesivir, is getting sued.

Have a look through the 40 page filing. Filed in the state of California. The families of people who either died or were injured by Remdesivir are suing their parent company, Gilead, for false advertising, deceptive promotion, negligent misrepresentation, and violation of California business codes.
This should turn into a class action suit as well.
