Dr. Peter McCullough and a friendly twitter user named Keith put together the DARPA connection to MRNA vaccinations. The military funded and created them. Operation warp speed was a lie.

I had watched the video earlier in the week, and agreed with the follower that this was big news, and then I realized that it it definitely needs to be shared. So I went digging a little bit deeper and this crazy trail is even weirder than I realized!!! So thank you to “Joe’s email” for the nudge to take this info further!
If you go back through the previous year of posts I have shared, I posted on Moderna a few times and their shady history. I had patents going back to 2015-2017 that suggested they were up to no good long before we ever heard the word COVID. The 2019 delivery of covid vaccines to UNC Chapel Hill. Then, on December 11th, I shared the post about covid tests being sent globally in 2017-2018. That post is where the reply about Dr. McCullough was shared, which led to THIS post being a crazy deep dive into the history of DARPA and Moderna and the NIAID.

“In 2012, DARPA, the research division of the military started a program called the ADEPT-PROTECT program. It is the Pandemic Prevention Program. They proposed that we are going to use gene encoded vaccines as prevention measures. Based on RNA or DNA. We will stop a pandemic within 60 days. When President Trump came out and said this was “operation warp speed”, to develop these covid vaccines, it would have been nice if he had been prepped that hey, we have been working on this vaccine technology since 2012”. No one said a word. Not Fauci, not Moderna, not Pfizer, no one. This isn’t “warp speed”, this is 8-10 years in coming to development. The deception that this was rapidly developed is a lie. Moderna got their first contract for MRNA development in 2013. The military works on programs, the threat and the solution. The military came up with the idea of MRNA vaccines, NOT Moderna or Pfizer. There was no operation warp speed in response to covid. The Military ushered us into the MRNA vaccine era. The military used EUA as a way to get new technology into the military, it is not a mechanism for the public. Back in 2013, DARPA gave Moderna $25 million to further develop MRNA technology, allegedly for the Chikungunya virus. Looking back, it was the perfect virus to say they were funding, as it was the “cliche virus of the year” and reportedly caused microcephaly in babies of moms who caught the virus while pregnant. Also notice we have heard next to nothing ABOUT Chikungunya virus since that “outbreak” that primarily affected South America.
Back in 2015, we see the agreement that Moderna made with the NIADH, The Vaccine Research Center, NIH. Below is the screenshot of of this document showing the contract was for MRNA vaccine for multiple viruses. Yep, that says 2015 alright. November 6, 2015 to be exact. That is 4 full years prior to the “pandemic” happening.
Then we have the 2015 patent application for human genome engineering:
Oh and then there is DARPA again: in 2020, giving millions to Moderna: they got their payday for doing the work back in 2013-2018.
This sheds new light on the whole picture. Operation warp speed was never that. This was a decade long collaboration between DARPA and Moderna. Remember, Moderna has the patent for the spike protein for covid AND for the identical spike protein in their vaccine. What is not clear yet is where Pfizer came into the picture with all this. The history only shows Moderna and DARPA, I could not find the Pfizer entrance into the game. But we do know this: DARPA and Moderna, together, with millions of dollars exchanged, have been working on the MRNA platform together, and Moderna holds the patents to numerous things pertaining to covid while getting multi million dollar contracts from the Military. Who approved this DARPA project in 2012? Who led this program? Who thought this was a good idea?
The plot thickens.
Yes, and Huff confirms all of this. DARPA even offered him a job in 2019/20 to get him into the security clearance shield so he could not talk about what he knew. They were working on a weapon and an answer in the same research conditions. They believed they had technology that could provide an MRNA answer for any biological threat. So, they either released the threat or it was accidental (I lean toward accidental) and the (vaccine) response followed. Operation Warp Speed was the expediting of the technology beyond regulatory hurdles, using the emergency conditions to get it to the public. Trump had to know this. Pence certainly did. The technology was clearly not ready and it killed people.
They want to get this technology to the market and convince people it is great. Billions are on the line and careers are now in jeopardy. The crime was the expediting, the performance art, and the cover-up.
If it was 2012, then it was not too long after the start of gates's vaccines decade. Which really was the kickoff of a ten year long project that culminated in the rollout of its products (more than one. mRNA platform and vaccine passports). One health is planned to be taking it onwards from here.
