Breaking down the dirty of specific pharma companies: #1 Takeda

I know, you probably wanted Pfizer to be first, but we have talked about them and their horse shit for a long time.  It is helpful to know what other corrupt players are out there that do not make the nightly news or pay for “sponsored by Pfizer” on every television event.

Today you get to meet Takeda.  Takeda is a Japanese pharmaceutical company with subsidiaries all across the world.  They came into powerhouse status after they bought out Shire, the company known for bring Vyvanse and Adderall XR to the marketplace.  Shire was sold to Takeda for 62 BILLION dollars.

In 2015, Shire had a 56.5 million dollar settlement under the false claims act for improperly marketing Vyvanse, Adderall XR, and Daytrana patches (ADHD medication as well).  The allegations included claims that Shire had made exaggerated and false statements regarding product safety, promoted medications for non-FDA approved off-label use, and marketed products on unsubstantiated claims of beneficial side effects, including reductions in criminality, traffic accidents, sexually transmitted infections, and divorce rates.  I can’t help but laugh at this, but a stimulant ADHD med marketed off label as reducing divorce rates and criminality???  Jesus help us.  In August 2017, Shire reached a $350 million settlement with the Department of Justice for violations of the same act, regarding the unlawful promotion of Shire's product Dermagraft.  Just wanted to show you the history of the shady Shire that Takeda acquired.

So now those Shire drugs are part of the Takeda portfolio and operations management.  The rep that visits my office to pimp Vyvanse and Trintellix is employed by Takeda.  Takeda has been a company since the late 1700’s, and has gobbled up numerous smaller pharma companies over the last 20 years.  Their neuroscience division is focused on psych medications, which are heavily the ADHD medications.  As mentioned above, Adderall XR, Vyvanse, and Mydayis.  They also offer the antidepressant Trintellix, mood stabilizer/antiepileptic Carbamazepine, and non stimulant ADHD medication Intuniv.  Given our discussion Adderall and the stimulant crisis in America……..I would say Takeda has come questions to answer as to WHY THE STIMULANT SHORTAGE STARTED after they bought Shire.  Did Takeda find a way to limit generic production so that their name brand Adderall and Vyvanse would get more prescriptions generated?  Recoup some of that billions of dollars they spent on Shire?  Never know.  Shady asses.

With this agreement, Takeda is now supporting global access to three different COVID-19 vaccines. Takeda previously announced its commitment to providing rapid and sustained access to COVID-19 vaccines in Japan through partnerships with Novavax and Moderna. Takeda will receive a manufacturing technology transfer from Novavax and will be responsible for the development and commercialization based on manufacturing capacity of over 250 million doses. The company will also import and distribute 50 million doses of Moderna's mRNA COVID-19 vaccine as part of a joint partnership with Moderna and the Government of Japan’s Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (MHLW).  Oh what’s that?  Takeda is a manufacturer of the Moderna vaccine huh?  “With our production for Janssen and AstraZeneca plus the development of our own COVID-19 vaccine in cooperation with the German Center for Vaccine Research, DZIF, our company can make a major contribution to the fight against COVID-19.”  OH they also paired up with Janssen and AstraZeneca to manufacture the J&J single vax and the AstraZeneca covid vaccine.  Funny, this doesn’t pop up on the Takeda site itself, you gotta go dig in past press releases to find this out. Wonder how much Takeda was given from the Federal Government DOD to be yet another “manufacturing subsidiary” of the covid poke poke?

Dengue

Takeda's tetravalent dengue vaccine candidate (TAK-003) is based on a live-attenuated dengue serotype 2 virus, which provides the genetic “backbone” for all four vaccine viruses. TAK-003 is currently in Phase 3 development and being investigated for the prevention of dengue.

COVID 19

Takeda partnered with the Government of Japan’s Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (MHLW) and global vaccine developers to rapidly and sustainably supply COVID-19 vaccines in Japan.

• Nuvaxovid Intramuscular Injection: Manufacturing and commercialization of NVX-CoV2373, Novavax’ COVID-19 vaccine in Japan.

• Spikevax Intramuscular Injection: Importation and distribution of Moderna’s COVID-19 vaccine, mRNA-1273, to Japan.

“PANDEMIC” INFLUENZA (WHY IS IT CALLED PANDEMIC INFLUENZA, NOT JUST INFLUENZA)??

Takeda’s vaccine (BLB-750 ) is an injectable, whole virion, cell culture-based pandemic influenza vaccine to protect against H5N1. BLB-750 was approved (1mL vials) in Japan in 2014 followed by new formulations (5mL multi dose vials and 0.5mL pre-filled syringes) approved in 2018. (Oh look H5N1 avian flu is getting a vaccine)

Zika

Takeda’s Zika vaccine candidate (TAK-426) is an inactivated, adjuvanted, whole Zika virus vaccine and will begin Phase 2 development in mid-CY2022. TAK-426 is being developed with support from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services' Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA).

OK please pay special attention to two things.  One, they make tons of money off the usually scheduled programming of kids vaccines (MMR, DPT, Varicella, etc) and we all know what a money making game that is.  The corrupt US model of vaccinations is global and Takeda is responsible for manufacturing the kiddo jabs in Japan.  But pay SPECIAL ATTENTION to Zika.  Follow me here kids.  “Developed with support from the US department of HHS, and BARDA.  Now WHERE have we heard about those?!?!  Go back to Ladypova and Watts.  BARDA and the HHS.  What was the original patent for MRNA VACCINES that Moderna and BARDA and DARPA and the DOD began the creation path for the MODERNA COVID VACCINE ON?  Oh it was Zika and Dengue and yellow fever.  See how these filthy companies all intertwine together?

Do you REALLY still want to take Adderall?  After you know that the parent company who acquired their patent helped create the shortage of generic manufacturing to promote their name brand Adderall XR and Vyvanse?  And knowing that they are indeed in bed with the federal government in the almighty vaccine creation?

Takeda isn’t allowed in my office space.  They can spread their free food out for the rest to graze on, but I don’t speak to them or eat their bribery food.  They are aggressive and will lurk behind corners waiting for me to come out of my office to go pee and pounce to try and pitch their product.
