We are entering a season of travel and holidays. For much of the US, the weather has been very mild and it is easy to forget it is autumn. We are two short weeks away from Thanksgiving! This is the season of family dinners, weddings, holiday parties, sick kids in classrooms, airline travel, you name it.
The link above is the FLCCC updated guidelines for “prevention/stay healthy” this winter. Most of the protocol remains the same, there are a few things that are different. Make sure you are taking all the precautions you need to be to stay healthy this holiday season.
And the most important? STAY HOME IF YOU ARE SICK. The second most important? WASH YOUR HANDS.
Here is to a happy and healthy holiday season!
And never forget DO NOT COMPLY if they ever start the shutdown crap again. NEVER.
Another thing that seems to work is using nose spray daily or twice daily (am/pm). Colloidal silver or Xlear saline as examples. My husband and I have done this for years, we’ve never had Covid and the last colds we had were in 2021. Helps eliminate virus exposures.
