Amyloidosis from the covid spike protein

So in the original article from biorxiv.  This paper found that the spike protein, or S-Protein, (found in the virus and in high concentrations in the vaccines) led to specific amyloid fibril irregularities in the human body.  “Uncanny similarities with amyloid-disease associated blood coagulation and fibrinolytic disturbances together with neurologic and cardiac problems led us to investigate the amyloidogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein (S-protein). Amyloid fibril assays of peptide library mixtures and theoretical predictions identified seven amyloidogenic sequences within the S-protein.”

Amyloidosis is associated with cerebral amyloid angiopathy, blood coagulation disruption, fibrinolytic disturbance, Kinin activation, and thromboinflammation, suggesting potential links between S-protein amyloidogenesis.  We therefore hypothesized a potential molecular link between S-protein and amyloid formation. Inspired by previous hypotheses about human and viral protein amyloids and interactions between them, in particular SARS-CoV spike proteins, we asked the question: Is SARS-CoV-2 S-protein amyloidogenic?

Seven amyloidogenic sequences distributed over the entire S-protein were identified and named according to the starting position in the S-protein (the table above).  Fibrils from most of the synthetic peptides were detected within a few hours by at least one assay.  Spike192, Spike601, and Spike1166 fulfilled all our amyloid criteria: sigmoidal ThT kinetics, Congophilicity, and fibrillar ultrastructure.  Spike192 formed exceptionally well-ordered fibrils comparable to a mix of all peptides.  What does this tell us?  There are 7 amino acids ON THE VACCINE SPIKE PROTEIN that do, within hours of administration, start the fibril creation process in the body, leading to amyloidosis.  What is amyloidosis?  Amyloidosis is when an abnormal protein called amyloid builds up in your tissues and organs. When it does, it affects their shape and how they work. Amyloidosis is a serious health problem that can lead to life-threatening organ failure.  We see amyloids in the brain, heart, vessels, and other organs.

It is known that S-protein affects the formation of persistent amyloid-like microclots in human blood, a potential pathological cause of long COVID-19 symptoms. We performed a thrombin induced fibrinogen to fibrin conversion.  The addition amyloid fibrils formed from a mix of the seven spike peptides during fibrin formation decreased the fibrinolysis (fibrins could not breakdown and destroy themselves). Furthermore, the addition of 2% fibrils to Spike192 and 194–203 increased persistent plasmin indigestible fibrin.   As expected, the more amyloidogenic Spike192 induced more plasmin resistant fibrin clots than did Spike194–203.

So breaking this all down.  The table above found 7 amino acids on the vaccine spike protein that are associated with fibrin and amyloidosis formation.  One is particularly nasty, the spike 192 amino acid.  The formation of fibrins and fibrils are not shut off by proteins as they normally would be in an environment not contaminated by spike protein.  When the fibrils and fibrinogens are not broken down, they lead to amyloidosis in the organs.

This is not good news kids.

This is further backed up by the article linked above from Walter Chestnut.  The confirmed presence of the spike protein had to be attributed to the previous vaccination with the BNT162b2 mRNA vaccine.  The introduction of the Spike Protein provides the “MILLION TIMES” higher number needed to exponentially accelerate amyloidogenic seeding and initiating the amyloid cascade.

Given that the Spike Protein ABSOLUTELY AND CERTAINLY crosses the blood brain barrier (or mRNA causes its generation within the brain, another possibility which must be investigated) is ALSO A SUPERANTIGEN causing a HYPERINFLAMMATORY RESPONSE, the body is faced with, what we call in chess, a DOUBLE ATTACK: An astounding amount of Spike Protein and the hyperinflammation required to ignite (it is probably more accurate to say detonate) the amyloid cascade.
