I wonder how the final report will read?
"Undiagnosed" heart issue? or "Mysterious" clotting? or simply, "heart attack"?
Or will this simply be papered over by not having an autopsy in "accordance" with some "custom".
What excuse for not trying to save him did the "lifeguards" give?
Are there no emergency medical providers on site?
