The incidence of cognitive issues keeps rising in my patient population. Younger and otherwise healthy people.

Very scary. I know I'm not as sharp as I used to be (I often say my "hard drive" is nearing maximum capacity) but I'm nowhere near as bad as some of our leadership and they aren't that much older.
